Ingredients: 200 grams of red beans, 90 grams of corn oil, 120 grams of white sugar, if you like sweetness, you can add more.
Steps:
1. Soak red beans in water for a few hours in advance. If you have time, soak them more. If you don’t have time, you can also soak them for two or three hours.
2. Fully cooked, use a rice cooker or a cooking pot.
3. Put the cooked red beans into the wall breaker and add an appropriate amount of boiled red bean water.
4. Select the corresponding function of your own machine and whip it into mud. The red bean puree of the wall-breaking machine is very delicate.
5. Put the beaten bean paste in a non-stick pan and stir fry over medium and low heat.
6. After the water is slightly dry, add corn oil in three times, and wait for the oil to be completely integrated with the red bean paste each time you add it.
7. Then add white granulated sugar three times, or replace part of the white granulated sugar with brown sugar, the color will be darker.
8. Stir fry until the bean paste forms a ball, and the non-stick pan and shovel are fine. Let it cool and store in the refrigerator.
9. Tips: Use medium and small fire throughout the whole process, the shovel cannot be stopped, and you must keep stirring to make the bean paste evenly heated.
