1. Clean the agitator after using it every day. Use a damp towel to clean the agitating hook, the cradle and the agitating tank. There should be no water in the tank.
2. The whole mixer needs to be cleaned every week. Be careful not to flush the equipment with water to prevent water from entering the bearings of the electrical appliances or transmission parts, causing damage to the equipment. Check whether the equipment is installed smoothly.
3. Lubricate all the grease holes on the bearing seat with a grease gun every month or every quarter, add lubricating oil to the chain and gear parts, check the tightness of the belt or chain, and prevent the belt or chain from being damaged by slipping.
4. When the food mixer is rotating, do not put hard objects such as fingers, chopsticks, knives, forks or spoons into the jar to avoid danger and accidents.
5. Do not pour water higher than 80 degrees Celsius into the tank to prevent the plastic body from being heated and deformed.
6. After the mixer is used, the tank and blades should be cleaned to keep the utensils clean and hygienic. When cleaning, hold the tank low with your left hand, hold the tank with your right hand and rotate it counterclockwise to separate the tank from the bottom.
7. Never use gasoline, benzene and other solvents to clean the housing of the food mixer to avoid damaging the plastic body.
8. After using the mixer for a period of time, if you find that the top column of the switch button is not flexible, you can inject a few drops of edible oil into the two metal rods for lubrication.
